Another box may come up asking you if you want to adjust the movie and video monitor settings, I choose not to adjust. Now your video will be copied to the storyboard (timeline). Once you do that a box will come up, choose to copy the file. To get your video onto the storyboard (timeline) you’ll need to mouse over it and click on the little arrow in the bottom right corner of that file.

When the project box comes up you can name your project, and then in the last field click on the little folder image (to the right of the field) and locate the folder you just created to save your edits in.
